"I really enjoyed staying here, I stayed 3 different nights over a long trip to the area. It's hip, the food is good, the music is great when live music is happening, the staff is very polite and cool, that's normal for Tennessee I think but I really enjoyed the southern charm. I stayed at a cheaper place other nights and got what I payed for, I was happy to come back to the Preston."

"Great location, staff friendly and very accommodating. Clean and conditions of rooms excellent. Beds comfortable. The only negative has to do with extra fee for cancellation. Almost 400.00 extra for a 4 night stay to be able to cancel without penalty. That’s very high. I can understand one night stay if cancelled within 24 hours but not with this facility. If cancelled they would keep the 4 night stay which was over 1000.00 therefore reserved with cancellation because of concerns with COVID or even inclement in weather which it was tested during my stay. Tornado warnings! However would recommend facility. Loved Nashville. Will be returning."

"Everything about this property is excellent, from the location to the staff. Front desk people are very welcoming and helpful, I must have dealt with at least 5 different attendants and they were all great. Breakfast staff was extremely attentive and always willing to help. Breakfast buffet was really good too and lots of variety.
I will certainly return to this hotel next time I am in town.
